    Bute's trainer said Bute felt better than ever now that he was fully recovered from his knee injury. The long lay-off shouldn't affect him that much either, he said, because Bute sparred 166 rounds in preparation for this fight.

    It cool that they can get along, but Roberto Duran would have been a lot less fun if he had hugged his opponents instead.

    In Romania nobody seems to be interested in this fight... everybody's acting like we had over 100 pro-boxing champions already and this is not cool anymore... damn... this country sux...
    All I hope now is i can find the match somewhere on the net...

    I don't get why they care about Diaconu-Branco (which is a **** fight) but don't care about Bute-Andrade which is a great fight.

    It's not that. If Bute were to go and fight in Romania, the fight would be live and free on national tv, just like Diaconu's fight was. Still, they have so much money to spend - they buy practically all big sporting events that take place, and most of the smaller ones too; I just don't know why they won't pay for this too.

    Bute had a Romanian film crew film him for a show aired some days ago and they came expressly because he had a fight coming up, so they do care...but they haven't bought the fight yet...:huh ...they might still get it at the last minute, just like they got the Bika fight...:patsch

    :-(

    Also, sport.ro, a Romanian channel, airs repeats of all the big fights one week later...so people will see it, but not live.
