Librado andrade sparring with... Georges St-Pierre???

Maybe Andrade should work on straightening out his punches instead of sparring with gsp.

 

That must of been an old article as GSP was asked to wrestle in the 2008 games for Canada fact !!!!!! , he started wrestling with them (Canadian National Team) to enhance his all round skill set in MMA after being predominantly a stand up fighter .

And lots of the top MMA fighters are now regularly sparring with top level pro boxers !!!!!!

 

i did hear once that GSP would like to be part of the Canadian olympic wrestling team.

It's normal that MMA fighters spar with boxers to learn but in the case here it's Andrade who is preparing himself with St-Pierre. Two other names have been said: Sébastien Demers and Adonis Stevenson. I hope there was somebody else but I don't think so.

Bute has sparred mainly with Glen Johnson.

Glen Johnson isn't half of the boxer that GSP is.:good

 

I love GSP in MMA but I think he's there for the same reason than Demers and Stevenson: they cost nothing. Let's hope for Andrade that he actually had best sparring partners but does want to keep it secret.

 

Hopefully he is sparring some good boxers. Nothing against GSP just not the same caliber as Glen Johnson.
