Winner becomes Bute's mandatory and will fight for the title this autumn.:happy

    Andrade-Stieglitz on HBO!
A 168-pound world title shot will be on the line on March 22 when Golden Boy battler Librado Andrade (26-1, 20 KOs) and SES Boxing standout Robert Stieglitz (31-1, 19 KOs) square off in an IBF world title elimination bout that will take place at the Morongo Casino Resort & Spa and will be televised live on HBO’s Boxing After Dark, beginning at 10:05 p.m. ET/PT. The only loss for both fighters came in world title fights. In the main event, interim lightweight championships will be up for grabs when WBC titleholder Joel Casamayor takes on unbeaten WBO titleholder Michael Katsidis.

Andrade has a good chin and decent pop in his fists whereas Stieglitz isnt the biggest banger out there, and his chin cant be really called iron.
Nevertheless I will put my money on the Stieglitz who is the better boxer.Stieglitz will probably outbox his one-dimensional and relatively slow foe. However,I wont be surprised to learn that Andrade has knocked Stieglitz out.
Stieglitz ' s weak spot is his defence-leaky like a rusty tube.

Pulling this from the other thread....

I'll call Andrade by late TKO. Rightly or wrongly, I'm very skeptical regarding German fighters' stamina (i.e. because the typical German style of fighting calls for long lulls in the rounds and relatively low output, I'm not sure that German trainers tend to have guys train as much for stamina as for other factors until a fighter shows that they have a stamina problem in the ring). It's probably unfounded, but it seems like a pattern to me.

German based and German fighters are ususally well known for their excellent stamina, brickhaus! First time I ve heard someone say something differently.
Ottke, and his compatriots can rival any top sprinter and long distance runner out there.
A German coach is responsible for Wlad's stamina.Sdunek still writes all fitness plans for him.
I am not fond of German coaches because of their safety first philosophy. They put too much emphasis on the defence. However,as long as a fighter's stamina is concerned German coaches are probably the best you can find in the pro game.
As for Stieglitz his stamina is okay-he can go 12 rounds without any big trouble. His defence is his weak spot.Haha! Though he has a German coach Stieglitz doesnt seem to have paid much attention to his trainer's instructions.

Not sure it's fair to label Stieglitz glass-jawed because he was felled by Berrio...

Agree, strange fight STIEGLITZ was in control and seems to have just lost his focus.
