WAT????.......:admin Lucas is in for the beating of his life, like Fat Tony says, Andrade would give hell to a prime Lucas and pime Lucas is gone long ago. Another sad ending in boxing....:-(
I liked the idea of Andrade-Diaconu at 175 but this fight doesn't do much for me. Lucas is too far from his prime here and Andrade will simply wear him down. Andrade by ko.
How did Lucas perform in his comeback fight in December? I really dont think this will be good for Lucas. He can take a beating, and he probably will against Andrade.
Lucas is one of the owners of Interbox, which promotes Diaconu. Lucas' previous fight was on a Diaconu undercard, and I would be surprised if he doesn't put Diaconu on the undercard here. Don't you think this might make Andrade-Diaconu more likely? It seems like this is setting up that fight to me, but Diaconu needs to get back on his feet with a win first.
This is how I see it too. It makes sense from the point of view of a promoter, but if I were Lucas physician, I wouldn't be too pleased about this approach. And the hardcore fans don't like it either, because Lucas cannot last more than 4 rounds with a determined Andrade.
This would make sense. A brutal way for Lucas to do some promoting but it would work. I'm assuming Andrade-Lucas might take place at 175 then.
