    Appreciation Thread
    Librado Andrade Ornelas was born 09-02-1978 and was a 6'2 Super Middleweight with a 31-5 24 KO's 2 KO L record.
    Enrique Andrade Ornelas was born 09-17-1980 and was a 6'0 Middleweight/Super Middleweight/Light Heavyweight with a 34-9 22 KO's 2 KO L record.

These two tough as nails brothers who hail from the town of Jesus del Monte, Guanajuato, Mexico and currently live in La Habra, California, USA (both very Americanized) in my opinion don't get nearly enough credit. Librado is the more talented of the two who up until the Bute rematch had an iron chin, and was capable of walking through hellfire and brimstone to knock his opponent the **** out. His record is far more impressive than most seem to think it is. The biggest moment in his career came when he was robbed of a victory over Lucian Bute by the idiot ref Marlon Wright, the pressure Librado brought began to get to Bute late in the fight, and Bute after attempting to KO Andrade was so exhausted he could barely stand in the 12th round, and Librado unloaded a series of bombs putting Bute on his ass, and Wright gave Bute the longest 10 count I've ever seen, any other ref would have waved off the match and Andrade would have been awarded a KO victory, but alas he wasn't. Amongst his other accomplishments he KO'd Robert Stieglitz, KO'd Yusaf Mack who he wore out as well and KO'd Otis Grant. Yes he lost a few times, but there is no shame in losing to an at the time undefeated Mikkel Kessler against whom he took a severe beating, but unfortunately he wasn't able to exact his revenge on Lucian, because he was KO'd in the rematch. His career petered out towards the end with him losing a MD to Aaron Pryor Jr. and being KO'd by Rowland Bryant. But he was a fun as hell badass Mexican Warrior that get far too little credit in my opinion.

Enrique Andrade Ornelas who many people don't realize is Librado's brother, is also impressive in his own right. While not on his brother's level, and his most notable matches ended in losses, he still gave it his all and fought his heart out even when faced with superior technicians and harder punchers. He does have a victories over Darnell Boone and a stoppage win over Bronco McKart in their second fight after their first match ended in a SD for McKart that could have gone either way. He also put up a spirited effort against fellow Mexican gatekeeper Marco Antonio Rubio going toe to toe with him only to lose yet another SD. Aside from that he gave it his all losing to Bernard Hopkins against whom he fought his heart out and Beibut Shumenov by lopsided UD and sadly was KO'd in 3 by Thomas Williams Jr. which appears to have brought his career to a close.

These two hermanos are tough hombres and a lot of people might view them as bums, those people are asses, because Librado and Enrique are bad mother****ers now give some much deserved credit to these teak tough but flawed Beasts Of Guanajuato.:toney:toney:toney:toney:toney:toney:toney:toney

that first Bute fight was a disgrace. Librado was robbed. Sad protection of Bute.

Loved Librado, it's a shame he burnt out relatively quickly.

His domination of Vitaliy Tsypko is an underrated win. Tsypko was a pretty solid fighter. I believe he should have won the Lacy matchas do many others, and was on his way to stopping Lacy if it was scheduled for 12 as opposed to 10. Lacy was hanging on for dear life at the end.
