FightHype.com recently caught up with former UFC light heavyweight champion Chuck Liddell to talk about his long-awaited, eagerly anticipated clash with Wanderlei Silva at UFC 79 on December 29th. You don't want to miss what he had to say. Check it out.

This fight has lost its appeal. Dana should have struck when the iron was hot. Neither are the top dogs in there division and both seem to be shot. Ill still watch it of course but im expecting Liddell to KO Silva again with relative ease.

It appears to be the Tito-Jones fight of MMA. Big names, once VERY interesting but now consists of two possibly shot fighters trying to make a payday off their names.

If they didn't want to mug us off then Liddell needs to rematch Jardine and Silva needs a warm up to show he is still ticking. Then we'd be a little more excited.
