    He really should not believe all he reads on here. Hes mad hes is bald and painfully slow for an ex journeyman even. Padded record and still got a **** record. He knows sweet **** all. Clearly whatever knowledge he has hasn't worked for him.

    You guys are funny... But let´s be honest. Boxing increases your ego and it changes you. Im not the guy who i was five years ago. I´ve changed and boxing has been a big part in it.

    before boxing, life's obstacles were difficult, annoying, and affected my emotions.

    now that I have boxed for a decade, life's obstacles are just obstacles, easily overcome. Nothing seems too hard. I trust myself and I am confident that I can push through anything.

    you and your trainer both know you're one of the best runners in the country but you still won't tell anyone your name?

    It was never 7 miles at all. It was 5-6 in 30mins. Not a great feat but seeing as 99% of the people on here are reading this sat in there office chairs eating biscuits and drinking sodas it looks that way.

    6 miles in 5 minutes is crazy dude, that's keeping up 5 minute mile time for 5 miles..You got completely shut down in the lounge when you said that when people started posting the leading times from races around the U.K. You're absolutely full of **** mate and everyone knows it
