Lifting weights will damage you in the Long Run...DON'T DO IT!

    Unless of course you want a life time of pain and suffering when you're older.

    It's not worth it.

    You want a hip replacement or a knee replacement? Lift weights.

    If you want to be strong and pain free for life, do calesthenics.

    You will PAY for lifting weights. It's EGO that causes us to do stupid ****. Lifting heavy weight fits in that category. Don't let it be YOU.

    It's true though. You two are young and naive and listen to some dumbass steriod user that calls you a sissy if you don't squat.

    Please listen to me. I don't have anything to gain. Actually I do. I'm hoping that God will cure me if I let others know that weights will **** them up for life.

    But that's out of my control. What I can do is tell you the truth. And the truth is that weights will **** you up for life.

    This is not funny man.

    You will **** yourself up for life. I'm not ****ing with you.

    Look at Lou Ferrigno and John Grimac and a number of other weightlifters. Hip and Knee replacements.

    It's not worth it. Feel lucky that I'm telling you this now. I could easily withold this information and let you suffer the same **** I may suffer through.

    Funny thing is, some of the old schoolers at my gym say the same thing when they see me doing 12 kg DB exercises...

    Again, if you're serious you've been misinformed. Weight lifting does the complete opposite to what you're claiming.

    Hey, everyone on ESB, don't listen to these guys. They don't know ****. They are naive.

    Just do BODYWEIGHT training. Pistol squats, pushups, handstand pushups, pull ups etc...

    That's all you NEED. Lifting 400 lbs for reps is idiotic. Don't DO IT!!!

    It's ridiculous.
