How many old guys do you know in the gym?

And how many of those old guys are lifting heavy squats and deadlifts?

And those that are, how many are all ****ed up...and stiff as ****?

Threads like this where the claims are that ******ed and uneducated I think it has to be a joke. This thread I can't quite tell if you are trolling or if you actually believe the complete and utter bull**** you're spouting.

If you believe what you're saying I really feel sorry for you.

    Am I wrong?

You son *****, I'm trying to help you out. You should listen to me. I'm speaking from experience.

    Please, start doing calesthenics.

    It will change your life?

What are you lifting so heavy for? Nobody gives a **** what you can lift. They are secretly hoping you get injured and that you become a broken man.

    Don't let that be you.

Okay. So are you going to post some statistics proving your point, or is this a case of you supposedly ****ed yourself up with your uneducated training so obviously everybody else doesn't know how to train either?

Reminds me of this guy in the gym that used to try and squat 'bout tree fiddy for reps with a 2" ROM and now tells me that squats are a **** mass building exercise because "they did nothing for him".

    Haha.

Reminds me of people that eat "huge amounts of food" but don't gain any weight whatsoever.

I hate it when my back breaks. Nothing worse than hearing the doc say "I'm afraid your back has been broken son. All the kings horses and kings men couldn't put it back together again".
