You're welcome. Don't be fooled by all his losses, his age, nor his relatively low KO%. Saunders is always in shape and is a real test for any young unbeaten prospect - and facing guys like that is his stock and trade. He is almost never dominated (notably, only Beterbiev has done so in quite some time and is only the 2nd person to ever stop him and the first in eleven years) and those who face him on the way up invariably refer to it as having been a rough learning experience and commented upon his sneaky power, defensive craftiness, good chin, and counter-punching all of a caliber usually not found in losing-record trial-horses. Sean Monaghan, for instance, beat him via wide unanimous decision but considers it his toughest night to date and did acknowledge being hurt by Saunders a few times. The absolutely ragged shell of Lacy that got blown out in two by Savigne might not even last the distance with Saunders, let alone beat him.
Sad to see Bowe have to resort to another return to make ends meet. He needs to simply accept the situation he has made for himself and just get a regular job rather than cling on to being a boxer. He is risking his long term health. He has already clearly suffered some damage, how he can get licensed to box is shocking. I doubt he'll live to an old age with the damage he has taken and his poor lifestyle. Will be interesting to see how Leapai deals with a boxer like Scott. As long as Scott hasn't been paid to take another dive, he has the style to clearly outbox the crude Leapai.
