I think it'll come down to both of these guys.. last night Kovalev fought a good fight but hey he's shot at this point. He's on the other side of the fence at 35 from here on out he has to becareful . I think Kovalev and Beterbiev is interesting as well I just don't see Kovalev beterbiev or Alvarez that good. I've never seen Alvarez that good to be honest . So called "skills". Gets outpointed the first fight needs a KO against a tired Kovalev .gets outpointed again in the second and needs a KO to win the fight .yea I do some skills but not elite skills . He was just outboxed by a shot Kovalev . Beterbiev has great power all around but I feel he is to flat footed and constant victim to the jab of (bivol , Gvozdyk) Gvozdyk good fighter beat Adonis and Bivol the youngest of them all . I think bivol is progressing very well and I believe he will be the undisputed Light Heavyweight champion . The only threat to him is probably the nail (Gvozdyk ) .let me know your thoughts on who you think will come out on top .
With Bivol locking himself at DAZN, in fact, yes, it might come to that... If Gvozdyk beats all the other champions and top contenders.
Bivol can STILL make 168, so that's a huge advantage. Hearn can line him up against Canelo or Callum Smith at 168, so he has options that other 175 champs don't.
The problem is, that Callum Smith don't want to fight with Bivol in near future.Bivol already give his yes with "i'm ready to go down for that fight", but Smith was talking for going up, thinking it will be just talk
I see Beterbiev and Gvozdyk as the elites in this division, and I would lean toward AB over OG. Yes, OG is more versatile so he may be able to pull out the win but I see AB's power as carrying the day. Bivol has never really impressed me. Solid fighter but not elite. Krusher on the way out.
fair enough ill tell you one thing the other divisions that are dried out and wont unify due to business that will not happen here .
