    Merriam Webster--- Olympian- noun- a participant in the olympic games.

    Never said he won it. Just participated in it. Actually in the trials to be exact... Either way... He wore his blue USA outfit proudly and FREE THE DAMN MAN DAMNIT!!!

    Contradictory statements. He did not participate at the Olympic games.

    He fought in the American trials to see who would compete For the USA at the Olympics... and he lost.

    My bad. I was under the impression that they were held at the US Olympic Training Center and the fights are in the library at the US Olympic Training Center, and he was wearing a blue US Olympic Team Outfit..... and afterwards, being the runner up, he was invited to go to Beijing, but chose to turn Pro.... but you might be right.

    US Olympic Training Center is a facility to train for the Olympics, it isn't the Olympics. Did he go to China and compete in the 2008 Olympics, the answer is no. Not an Olympian.

    Wow....no need for name calling. The posts are looking for support from the boxing community. The injustice is the fact that Zimmerman actually fired the gun and Yathomas did not but he still has no bond. I never got into details of age or weight or anything like that. Calm down.

    Finally someone who can think for themselves and doesn't have to be spoon fed lies and propaganda by the media.

    I bet you most people still think Zimmerman is white and think Martin was a tiny 12 year old bookworm, and not a 6'3 football player who was suspended from school because of drug charges and assaulting a bus driver

    Because of the media dozens of innocent white people have been attacked and in a few cases killed for 'revenge'
