Let me know your thoughts. Dawson is not Champ because he hasn't defended his title in a year and lost his last fight.

As said before Kovalev above Cleverly is poor. One win over an ill prepared, over the hill fighter does not eclipse Clev's work. Clev holds a world title. Kovalev wants to hold a title but hasnt achieved it yet.

Cloud and campillo should both be higher and bute should be taken off as he's only had one fight at lhw recently and hasn't done enough to warrant being ranked.

  4. **** clouds low

Divisions looking stronger than it was braehmer, bute, kolarov, chilemba etc make it an open and competitive weight

The way it stands the division is absolutely horrible, especially as the no.1 isn't all that and was last seen as a skeleton getting beat down by a featherfist.

Got high hopes for Kovalev ...looked terrifying against Campillo.

How about what we got now.

Sorry Lilo the over whelming majority disagree re. Kovalev. Clev holding a world title is meaningless when his best win is against Murat.

  8. New rankings look better to me mate

    Top 10 ain't bad

I think cleverly who I like will have it tough with braehmer who I rate
****** needs to make that happen in britain

Also I think the best supermiddles are all big at the weight Kessler, froch and ward as well as bute would mix it up with the top 2

I agree. Also there are many prospects coming up. This division is exciting right now.
I hope Brähmer gets a shot at Cleverly. Although it will be a very hard fight for Brähmer I think he has a good chance. Brähmer is a good counter puncher and has good power (31 Stoppages in 40 fights). Has Cleverly faced a good southpaw till now?:think

Struggled big time with Mohameddi but that was last minute. Karpency was a southpaw, but not a good one.

The thing is Cleverly could have problems to work with his (for me very strong) jab against a good southpaw.

Agreed. With Cleverly finally getting another fight under his belt against his mandatory, I can't see how Kovalev can be above Clev at the mo. Even given Clev's prior inactivity, Kovalev has had two 10 rounders and an 8 rounder in 16 months. Not exactly rankings climbers no matter what the likes of boxrec says. In fact, Kovalev has only had one 12 rounder in his career so far.

I'm surprised half this forum isn't up in arms, Tony Bellew isn't in that list.
