Round 3 begins and Famoso is trying to be more technical. Escobedo is comfortable to just sit and watch because when Hernandez comes in he gets rocked. Famoso with STRONG bodywork on the inside as Escobedo is jabbing now. Accidental elbow by Escobedo cuts open Famoso. Escobedo hurt! Escobedo hurting now after a body shot! Escobedo and FAMOSO RUMBLING now! Escobedo is hurt from an uppercut and trying to get away! Escobedo in trouble on the ropes! Escobedo measuring Carlos for a 1-2 but it's not coming yet. Pace slows down as Escobedo is getting tricked into bully fighting with a bigger bully. Hernandez rocked with a 1-2 again! Hernandez is hurt now again! What a war to end round 3!

Famoso making a comeback all the sudden. A last ditch effort? Good composure by Escobedo after being rocked. Great round!

Things we've learned through three rounds:

1-Escobedo doesn't like it to the body.

2-Escobedo has an outstanding right hand.

3-Famoso is a warrior.

Escobedo needs to check El Famosito to the body more and hell put him down permanently

 

for sure escobedo should counter downstairs more

 

Escobedo continues to get forced into bully fighting. Nacho needs to tell him to go back to what worked in rounds 1 and 2, stay outside and time the bull. Famoso lands a sneaky hook on Escobedo that made him do a double take. Hernandez trying to bully Famoso again and another right hand JUUUUST misses for Escobedo. Vincente trying to establish distance again and it's a close round. Escobedo trying to get some distance and misses with the 1-2 again. Escobedo looks a little gassed out to be honest. Famoso still trying to dive in. Body punches make Escobedo whimper like a girl. Escobedo on his horse now and gets ROCKED with a right hand! Escobedo is in there with a true warrior now. Escobedo rocked with another straight right. Escobedo and Famoso take a break as round 4 ends.

Escobedo up by 2 points but it's a tied in rounds now. 2-2.

 

This is war here. Tit-for-tat that round, both guys really showing their grit!
