    Duran. Style advantage, more proven over the distance, more proven at the highest level.

    I'll pick him to stop Mayweather in the 15th.

    Duran via a clear, but close, UD. Mayweather was to content on going to the ropes. That would cost him.

    While i sometimes think that posters can vote for Mayweather being stopped too hastily, as the man has never come anywhere close to that in his actual career, i'm tending to lean towards the thinking of McGrain here. I do think that Mayweather certainly scored points as he is simply a great boxer with a great defence to match, but Duran is better and more dynamic than any lightweight he ever fought. I don't think Maywetaher would go to the ropes consistently throughout the fight, he is versatile, but he would definitely find himself on the ropes a lot and would find a man who can evade counters in a prolific manner himself, and dish out what can only be labelled as hell. Duran to get the stoppage as McGrain said, round 15.

    I think Duran edges a close 1, the speed of his footwork, timing and compact punching and underrated speed with the relentlessness making FMJ work at a pace he doesn't much like. FMJ would make it diificult for Duran to get off, at times he'd outbox Duran, make him miss, some rounds score a lot cleaner. Duran would be the 1 fighter to land good shots on Mayweather and he'd outwork Floyd, but Mayweather would land his own leather clean on Duran too. Some rounds will be hard to score here

    Duran 9-6 - maybe controversal, and there's no way FMJ is getting stopped

    I pick Duran by decision or late stoppage. FMJ is at a stylistic disadvantage and isn't proven to go 15 rounds. He also lays on the ropes too much and that would cost him against Duran.

    Although he's never come close to look like he's being stopped, Floyd is gonna be mightily frustrated with Duran.

    Duran's laser like right will come over Floyd's pinpoint jab IMO and the varied assault of Hands Of Stone will really come into play in the last three rounds. I CAN say Floyd will be stopped as he has never faced anyone as good as Duran; Uncle Rog will calmly and cleverly suggest that Floyd not come out for the 15th round.

    I see the fight being close until the 5th or 6th round, but Duran's power and pressure would be too much for Floyd. Duran by late stoppage or ud.

    Duran by clear decision. Too much educated pressure for Floyd to deal with, and I think he starts pulling away in the 2nd half after a closely contested bout in the opening rounds.
