It was a disputed decision Calzaghe still makes excuses for, and "experts" still say Hopkins won. It doesn't matter if a bunch of pricks want to argue about it on the internet.

"Experts" said Jones was going to beat Calzaghe. Calzaghe beats Jones, all of a sudden these "experts" are backtracking and claiming RJJ was past it/shot/too old, etc.

Same with the Hopkins fight, but Hopkins proved them wrong when he beat Pavlik.

I don't see any of you backing up Johnson's claim that he beat Dawson (see the open letter from Glencoffe thread), I wonder why? :think

Yes, it was very cowardly of Calzaghe to insist that the fight be held in Wales with a Welsh ref and three Welsh judges.

And cowardly of Joe to clutch and grab most of the fight because he couldn't deal with Bernard's pressure.

And most cowardly was Joe's faking of a low blows to buy time and get a rest because he couldn't go 12 round with Bernard any other way.
