You agree with everyone who talks down a fighter who isn't Filipino. Fact.

Valero's second best win, Nobito Honmo would easily beat every guy on Gamboa's current resume.

He probably would ... but would he do it in the same fashion as Valero?

Given Gamboa's style ... I don't give a **** ... this guy is fresh meat and if he becomes Valero's madatory and it takes place in the US ... we will see the destruction of Gamboa.

Until recently sure but it doesn't change the fact of

    Valero
    0-1-0
    2-5-0
    3-1-0
    0-4-0
    0-2-0
    2-6-0
    0-8-0
    7-2-1
    5-20-2
    21-13-2
    7-0-1
    0-4-0
    8-4-0
    1-5-0
    14-7-6
    6-2-2

    Gamboa

    6-1-0
    7-0-0
    40-11-0
    12-5-2
    17-4-1
    25-1-0
    19-2-0
    7-4-2
    13-1-1
    23-2-2

    Edit*

Gamboa would take every opponent on Valero's record and **** em Monday through Sunday like they were sparring partners

You can spin it how you want bro, but as of right now Valero's resume is still clearly ahead of Gamboa's.

so what? who has valero fought? in japan? mega crap, all he fights are bums, he needs to step up and fight toughter guys, but i do respect edwin's power tho, crushing bombs.

I'm not spinning anything. Valero has fought a lot of absolute bums to clearly pad his record, Gamboa has jumped right into the fire and he hasn't padded a damn thing. And he has raped everyone hes gotten into the ring with.

Valero has nothing on Gamboa other than being the harder puncher.

But Gamboa is still the better puncher, he can punch in so many different ways and tonight he showed he's got a very very strong equilibrium by the few times that he got hit clean and the 1 shot behind the ear that he was pretty much in a horrible position in to stay up with his legs. How many fighters can slip punches within fire, fight purely defensively off their back foot, or apply sinister pressure at the same time? Gamboa is unreal, I'm not saying that Valero can't hurt him, but EVERY other variable in this fight is in Gamboa's court.
