it was. if this is a product of boredom then you must be quite the scribe when inspired.

i dont agree. any critical thinker would have to take into account the reliability and character of the parties involved. proof of lies and criminal records would have to be taken into consideration. behavioural history and personal motives would need to be examined. there is a reason our court system uses these procedures to determine truth. there really is no comparison between the two parties and the paradigms that govern their behaviour. black and white, cut and dry, plain and simple.

They'll get the picture when Mayweather is sporting a used orange jumpsuit.. maybe. Then again, they'll probably start sayin lil Floyd was a victim of the system.

    I most certainly am.

The relevant paradigms that govern their behavior are that both men are athletes at the top of their sport, equally competitive, and are seeking fairness in competition, while at the same time seeking to gain an edge over their opponent. Neither have a record of illicit behavior of any kind within their profession. While they may lead very different lives outside their profession, the point of contention pertains to matters within their profession. And that has prevented them from doing business when both were, actively, seeking to do so.

This is a free country, if he doesn't want to fight then he doesn't have to.
