He's only the king of psychological warfare if it's successful. Pacquiao hasn't even seen the video, and has hardly reacted to it. When asked, he simply said it's uneducated, shrugged, and moved on.

Meanwhile, Mayweather gets hammered by the media and the vast majority of boxing fans. I'm not sure how this helps him in the slighest. It's like a guy getting run through by his opponent's sword, staggering around and saying, "Ah ha! I've got you right where I want you!"
