I have my first fight Nov. 1. We're fighting at 200 lbs but I am currently 206 lbs still with quite a bit of fat to lose. How do I go about improving my conditioning and toning my body while also limiting my weight loss to just 6 lbs? Any suggestions are appreciated. (And no, fighting at a lower weight is not an option this time).

    To maintain weight:

    Example:

    1. 172 (my weight) x 11 = 1892
    2. 1892 (cals from first answer) x 0.50 (activity level) = 946
    3. 2838

So I'd have to eat 2838 calories per day to maintain my weight. To gain weight add 250 cals, to lose weight take away 250 cals.

    Activity Factors -

Generally Sedentary (0.30) - Desk job, little exercise
Somewhat Active (0.40) - exercise an hour a day, walking etc
Really Active (0.50) - heavy weight routines 3-4 times a week
Off The Chart (0.75) - hard sport training, football, boxing, basketball daily
