    boxrec has him at #16 but some of the fighters ahead of him are just flat out terrible too so it may not be a huge stretch

    His record is very decieving. He is a lot better than it suggests.

    That being said I will forever question the impartiality of the Ring rankings now that GBP owns the magazine.

    Hes beaten a few mid level guys Mobley,Marks,Mendoza,Davis he KOed him when Judah didnt. But still he shouldnt even break a top 15. His last fight agianst real quality Zuniga stopped him.
