Linial HW Title question

Just as respectfully I disagree. I think you are forgetting that history will not be kind on the pioneers of the Anglo-American break up of Heavyweight lineage.

Particularly V(W)lad, who could of been seriously fun to watch, with his soft chin and excellent power, but post BrewsterI went safety first and disappointed the original (USA and first world Commonwealth) fancy.

 

There is a thread i update every 6 months or so. It traces the lineage of every single title that was in existence when Lennox retired, including every alphabet title and ever countries title. Wladimir has easily the most number of titles, with about 15 or so. Vitali has about 7, Haye about 3 and no one else has more than1 or 2 with only about 3 others who hold minor titles.

I really think lineage is very, very underated. The only time it doesnt work is when it is not promoted and it becomes random, although even then, it nearly always ends up working, with time.

I badly hope that Adamek or Haye score an upset in their next fight. I think it will totally revitalise the division, although i do fear that at least one Klitchsko is going to retire as champion and leave us with another 10 years to sort the mess out.
