My hunch? There was never any intention on the part of Mayweather Promotions to push Myrthil, who I think is just a false-flag patsy. Instead, my feeling is they had an ulterior motive in flipping the script and "feeding" an unbeaten prospect with a padded record to a tough-as-nails journeyman in this instance...
