question: is the juice is 100 percent of the fruit that it is, isnt it the same thing, aside from the fiber?

Well it's hard to get the bare minimum of fiber as is so eating the fruit is better in that regard alone. And I think that you lose vitamins and minerals when it's juiced.

Yeah that's what I always thought as well. Eating the fruit as it is is undoubtably better for you.

Milk with a protien supplement to gain weight, skilm milk no fat milk and high calcium milks and foods can maintain weight loss.
There are many different combinations of juices for different advantages look up on some health sites for benifits and combinations fresh is always best,After high intencity workouts you need to replenish carbs within the first half hour after training drinking fruit juices or energy drinks are a good way to replenish your carbs dont drink to much as both are full of sugars.
Green tea is high in antioxidents and has caffeine that will give you a boost before training but dont have to much as caffeine is not good in high doses, also take alternating days as it will work beter and you wont get addicted.
Its is recomended that you dont drink alcohol after a workout as alcohol depletes your vitamin b levels, carbs and other nutrients, and they are needed for recovery and to build new muscle mass. but on a friday a couple of beers donsent hurt.
diet coke is worse than regular coke because of the artificial flavours and in regular coke it contains sugar that will make you full after a few cans but you are able to consume mor diet coke as it does not have the sugar and there for you can consume more calories also one of the preservitives in diet coke has been know to cause cancer

I think its best to leave the beer alone or any alcohol for that matter if youre serious about training. Id say theres nothing wrong with the occasional drink, but it sounds like you are wanting a couple everyday ?
