Marvin Hagler vs. Tony Sibson. The Hearns fight is what more casual fans/newbies think of Hagler, but the Sibson fight is more representative of Hagler's style. It shows his excellent jab, lateral movement and then striking at the right time, combinations, accuracy, defensive skills, and eventually, his finishing ability.

    Great picks! I'll add another.

Miguel Cotto VS Carlos Quintana: From the opening bell, Cotto is using his thudding jab, boxing well, staying in range of the decently mobile Quintana. Cotto displays his impressive ability to cut off the ring, work his way in, and unleash well-picked combinations. His high guard and efficient, well paced footwork allow him to seize the openings presented. His patience shows as much as his willingness to come forward, and does not falter from taking a shot or two, always focused on advancing his offense. Quintana's boxing ability is well negated by Cotto's defense. The counters he throws off the ropes are dodged by Cotto's head movement, which enables him to set up his own counter left hooks. His timing is showcased well as he lands shots with intentions that land cleanly and consistently. From time to time he bounces on his toes and switches into a speedy philly shell defense before resuming the consistent stalking. As the damage accumulates, Cotto adds yet another element to his successful offense in switching southpaw. Able to defend and attack from his position, Cotto lands hard straight lefts onto Quintana's face. After forcing his opponent to exchange as the fight goes on, Cotto rips to the vulnerable body. Becoming increasingly physical, Cotto is able to use his measured but deliberate offense, defensive capabilities, and power to make his battered opponent quit. Great display of his completeness as a fighter.

Holyfield against Foreman. Holyfield showed his incredible chin and will (though he is fighting an old gamer in Foreman).

True, it's probably his most varied and hard-earned performance yet, but his style is still developing and he has yet to show all he has to offer in terms of versatility. Up to know I'd say its Malignaggi though; high guard, long stiff jab, speedy combinations, defensive footwork, in-and-out bursts, that jab followed by a pull-counter he's been using. So far as we know, that's Khan's fight.
