The only fighters I know of that actually mentally broke then quit are Roberto Duran and Oliver McCall.

While this is technacly true I dont count them as quitting. To me quitting is when a fighter has the ability to go on but decides otherwise. The two times cotto has quit has been because he honestly had nothing else to give and his body basically gave out on him which is a very different story. I mean your talking about the guy that fought Clottey for more then 9 rounds with one of the worst cuts Ive ever seen a fighter fight with.
