List boxers from the 2000's (only) that bounced around actively!

Okay, let me make this clear for anyone who will respond in this thread. If you are going to mention a boxer that is not related to this topic, you might as well don't respond at all. STAY WITHIN THE SUBJECT, I don't want people trying to debate that Floyd Mayweather or Adrien Broner bounced on their toes because that is dumb. I am not going to go over the rules because I think everybody is mature and has the common sense to understand this simple topic, this is my first time announcing this and the reason why is because I want a clean and organized thread that people can get ideas and share these types of fighters, not just some troll thread. Here are some videos on what the main idea of this thread is about, please stay within the limits of the thread unless there is a boxer from a different era like Terry Norris or Sugar Ray that really are on their toes, end of announcements.
