Yeah dude, ive liked him for a long time too. Dude has raw talent. its hard to say how great somebody is untill he fights top class oppistion but u can see his pure skills. and I've seen his defense get alot better just in 2 years!! works the body more, very accurate, truly one of boxing nexts superstars! easy to sell his fights too because he KO's guys, awesome for the sport.

hope he fights on July 12 undercard of Canelo-Lara, that would be sweet! :bbb:bbb

Thurman's in a good position, the only clear defeats at 147 I see are Mayweather and Pacquiao, outside of those 2, I like his chances against anyone at 147, that includes Bradley and Marquez.

    Diego Chavez!!!!

That guy took his shots, took him into deep waters, landed some hard shots and was arguably winning the fight by the time of the stoppage, although Thurman was coming on... I know Chavez isn't much of a name RIGHT NOW, but I guarantee if you give that guy another chance against most people in the division, he'll prove to be something special... And make Thurman's victory over him look VERY good.

    Heard it here first!

I still think he pound pacquiao. Pacquao doesnt have enough defense to go 12 rounds with Thurman.

But does Thurman have the defense to go 12 and win against Pacquiao? Thurman has never faced someone with Pacquiao's offensive abilities. Pacquiao on the other hand has at least fought at the highest level before.

True. Would be hard for Thurman but not as hard as people think.

if u look at who Pacquiao has fought over the last year. the only somewhat good fighters he fought were JMM and Bradley. he didnt look good in either fight honestly. and if u see how he fights bradley Pacquiao really doesnt look good. because thats really the only fighters hes fought in 4 years that actually moves around and boxes. pacquao throwng wild punches like that would get him countered with massive shots. I wouldnt expect it to go past 6 rounds TBH

    wtf,
thurman is so far superior to bradley as a boxer. bradley has fast become the most over rated fighter on this site.

the dudes NEVER beat a WW. he has no power, most sloppy so called "top" fighter in any division. has **** defence and wicked suspect chin. and now at ww his stamina has become a problem too.

bradley was a tough out at 140 for who he fought due to him being so strong at 140 and bull rushing head first cutting everyone. the dude is not a top 10 p4p fighter in any world. the dude is ok at ww probably barely inside the top 15. he beat jmm who has never beaten a ww either. some of you guys are insane. bradley better boxer than thurman, GTFOH

He's a good fighter Eddie, but the one to watch at 147 is actually The Special One: Kell Brook

Thurman sucks. Who does he lose to? Everyone he hasn't fought yet. Let's see him take hard shots from chino, PAC, provodnikov amongst others. His offense, defense, speed are all hyped n his chin is suspect.

Provodnikov, rios, Garcia, mathysse, pacman, maidana, Bradley, Marquez, porter, khan, Alexander, Floyd, peterson, Randall bailey, fatass Ricky Hatton. I'd bet a g on any of them to embarrass this clown and ban myself.
