I've seen it, haven't you? I was quoting Louis who had a way with words at times, when he said to Conn you had it for 12 rounds. On the film, Conn starts out a little gun shy, then finds his rhythm. I probably watch and comment what happens on film more than anyone here, with perhaps one or two exceptions. The film if the quality is right is the best way to judge a fighter. PS: I think I have seen ever film on Louis, and some of them are hard to get. Or You Tube has them by now.
LOL more like its over and you are the guy who didn't realize what happened. Off tangent replies, not replying to what I'm saying. I use your own words, then have some fun with verbal judo to flip you. Keep up the good fumblings.
If you have studied the film as intensively as you say, then you will know certain things. You will know that Louis had a chance to finish Conn, after he slipped and got up, and that he basically let him off. You will know that Conn "went for the finish" because Louis had basically cornered him. You will know that Louis could still theoretically have won the decision, if he had done well in the last two rounds.
