Hopkins vs Calzaghe -- not a 'great fight', but I've always found it strangely interesting and tactical, even though many find it dull.

I haven't seen the full fight, but the final round of Danny Williams vs Mark Potter is essential viewing. Very dramatic.

On that note, Williams vs Airich has to be seen to be believed, but for very different reasons -- it's like some sort of horrible parody of the sport.

Looking over the lists I just started remembering the PW-Martinez fight. That was a hell of a display of chin by PW in the first fight. To this day I will say that is what cracked PWs chin. He took so many heavy shots in that fight. That basically finished his career.

I like this approach. It's fun to list your ten favorite barn-burner brawls, but this gives a greater scope and serves as a "Volume 1" to build from.
