Its a very nice experience to watch a boxing event (specially one of this magnitude) in a theater size screen in full HD Quality, well of course that opportunity is being offered to boxing fans for the upcoming Mayweather vs Mosley fight this Saturday, May 1. Here is a full list of theaters all over the US that will be showing the fight live. Admission is normally $20, but the experience is priceless. I think i'd rather watch it at my apartment with some friends,a lot of booze, and even more trash talking. You get crammed into a movie theater full of divisive fan boys and a fight is going to break out, then your night is shot.
And judging by that list, the closest theater showing it to my hometown is orlando,an hour and a half away.I know both movie theaters where they will be showing it at in Jacksonville and it won't be a bad quality.Aside from the people that will be at the theater.I wouldn't be surprised if there really is a fight or a stabbing or something arrest worthy.
When I watch boxing matches, I like to jump up and down shouting and screaming running around the room. I don't think that would go down too well in a movie theatre.
I was thinking the same thing plus can't get pissy drunk and cook Carne Asada @ the movies ..But thanks for the list I know some cats that would go though ..
I had a friend who went to the PBF-JMM fight that was shown in theaters. He said it was loud and cheering going on not like a typical movie. He also said that he snuck in a bottle of liquor in his girl's purse with no problem.
