I like your guys 3 list above ^^ but If Pacquiao fights Mayweather then you have to put him on that lost twice. If Pacquiao or Mayweather loses there will be a rematch

Sounds like Fighter #2 may soon be in the mix for Top Rank and Pacquiao:

And also a note on Fighter #5 from the same source:

So, sounds like Fighter #2 may be in pocket soon for Top Rank. And, Fighter #5 continues to be built-up to the fans for a possible showdown with Pacquiao down the line.

Should Cotto beat Tony (which he won't), hes the only name on your list that Pac and his team would consider.

Victor Ortiz after he loses to Floyd is probably next.

    LATEST UPDATE (9.30.11):

    - Fighter #1 (JMM) set to face Pac on Nov 12, 2011
    - Fighter #2 (Bradley) just signed with Top Rank. Look for an early 2012 bout with Pac; fighting on the
    ....................................Pacquiao-Marquez III undercard
    - Fighter #3 (Cotto) set to face Margarito Dec 3, 2011. If Cotto wins, Pac-Cotto II is a lock, probably for
    ....................................late 2012
    - Fighter #4 (Rios) is 28-0-1 (21) and a lightweight title belt holder
    - Fighter #5 (Jones) is 25-0-0 (19) and a legitimate welterweight prospect/contender; fighting on
    ....................................Cotto-Margarito II undercard

If Cotto beats Margarito, then Pacquiao's dance card (provided he beats JMM, etc) is likely all set for 2012. Which means that Rios and Jones will have time to develop their records and fanbases for 2013.

The one guy of the five I am least sure of, in terms of a possible Pacquiao opponent, is Rios. He could possibly be replaced in this equation, although I'm not sure who would fill his spot right now.

The Cotto rematch is a disgrace. Almost as bad as the Mosley fight.

Bradley and Mike Jones should be fighting for the right to get to Manny.

I hear you, but if Cotto beats Margo (far from a certain outcome) then it would be the only "unfinished business" on Cotto's resume.

Cotto is a 3-division world champion. He is a big draw and I'm sure a "revenge"-themed promotion would work well for the Puerto Rican communities both in Puerto Rico and the USA.

And, Cotto has a new trainer since the first Pac fight (Steward).

So, it's "sellable," provided Cotto beats Margarito. I think the outcome of that fight may be the biggest "X-factor" remaining in Pacquiao's career schedule. Provided, of course, that Pacquiao wins his own fights.

We both know that's not going to happen.

Casamayor, in my opinion, is a "name" meant to keep Bradley busy until Bradley's big payday with Pac.

    UPDATE:
    --------

    * JMM III is complete
    * JMM IV seems likely. That means scratch out Rios or Jones, IMO. Probably Rios. Maybe both.
    * Cotto beat Margo, and Cotto sounds like he wants to stay with Arum. Cotto II seems likely, IMO
    * Bradley is still on track
    * I think Khan is a possibility now

I'm not sure if Pac will fight 4 more times or not. He may only have 3 fights left before he starts his 2013 campaign for Governor of Sarangani.
