List of Weight-Drained Pacquiao Opponents

    As far as I know, these are the fights in which Pacquiao's opponent was weight-drained. All you have to do is look at the fighter's boxrec page and check the weight he was at in his previous fight.

    Did I miss any fights, or is the list complete? Notice that those are Pacquiao's most impressive wins, except for Hatton and Barrera 1. His resume is all smoke and mirrors. Freddie Roach managed him well.

    Erik Morales was only stopped twice in his career, both times being in the two Pacquiao rematches, when Freddie Roach forced him to drain himself for a big payday. The only time he fought Pacquiao on even terms (in the first fight), he beat him.

    Nope just Erik Morales and Oscar De La Hoya.

    Morales is debatable seen as though it was Morales weight class. So he hardly forced him to come down in weight. That was the weght they both fought at.

    De La Hoya they fought at the weight De La Hoya chose. Oscar though he could fight at that weight again.

    Saying Cotto was drained is rivising history. You only have to watch that fight to know that was not a drained cotto.

    Wrong. Before the Pacquiao rematches, Morales fought Zahir Raheem at 135. So 130 was no longer "Erik's weight class".

    Then Freddie Roach forced him to move back down to 130, something he had trouble doing. Morales couldn't say no to such a big payday, and fell into the trap.

    Morales has since asked Pacquiao to fight him without making hiim drain himself, and of course Pacquiao didn't respond.

    He definitely looked drained. Pac looked bigger than him in that fight.

    Correct. Roach even put a clause on the contract that would charge Morales 1/2 a million for every pound he came in over. Can anyone get a picture of Morales during the weigh in of the 2nd fight? He was a skeleton. The third fight he looked better as he hired a strenght and conditioning coach but he said he spent most of camp just trying to make weight rather than training.

    Have you ever fought "weight Drained"

    Answer me this genius. If he was Weight Drained he wouldn't have agreed to fight him at the exact same weight in the fight after.

    Ad don't say for Money, because no fighter would take a fight knowing it would drain them.
