Mayweather is way less willing to take risks in the ring. I've followed his career since the late 90s and he was a different fighter at 130 pounds and before the Castillo fight. I feel Castillo beat him the first fight. Yes Mayweather won the rematch but it was not a shutout like people make it out to be. Again, Mayweather fought a completely different fight than the first one. He ran a lot more and surprise surprise, he won the fight in boring fashion.
He fights smart now, because its helps to preserve his career, and because at 130 he was even ground in terms of size and power, now everyone he steps in the ring with is the bigger man.
