It was a short notice fight the first time. No one can be accused of ducking for that date, even someone like Quillin who I agree is hypocritical and disinterested.

Felix Sturm - Paid money to buy the WBA Super championship
Daniel Geale - Gave up the WBA
Peter Quillin - "Fight doesnt make sense"

Those are the top 3 who i know for a fact wanted nothing of Golovkin. Ward was also called out but he hasnt even commented on that.

Maravilla V Golovkin - WBA/WBC Unification is possible

JCC jr is banned for 9 months
WBA and WBC seem to be on good terms (Ward, Trout/Canelo, Garcia all hold both belts)
No other big names left at 160 for Maravilla, No one wants to fight Golovkin

    Soooo

    2013
    Maravilla V Murray - Golovkin V Ishida
    Maravilla V Pirog - Golovkin V Rubio & Soliman/Sturm

    2014
    Maravilla V Chavez 2 - Golovkin V Quillin / Geale

    Maravilla V Golovkin for WBA-WBC & IBF/WBO

Builds Golovkin up, Martinez gets a retirement cheque and everybody is happy

Can you imagine how that must feel?

To have fellow champions, warriors, in a brutal life and death sport be afraid of you?

yeah, as if he's gotta complain.... Im sure most of the US doesnt even know Quilin. GGG would bring more peeps to the fight than Quilin in the US, merely by the hypetrain word of mouth...

Sergio Martinez runs away every time he hears Golovkin's name mentioned. Has anyone noticed that Martinez has NEVER said one word about Golovkin? He probably tells interviewers not to mention the dreaded "G" word.

Why should he need to mention him? He's already got a fight lined up himself.

:patsch The stupidity of Golovkin fans is amazing. I've never seen anything like it. If he read half the crap that you idiots wrote, he would just be probably shaking his head in embarrassment.

Moma's boy Gennady has the Champions running for dear life dropping their belts on the way. It is indeed embarrassing.

My post was just a joke about the GGG hype but...

I'd love to see the GGG-Chavez fight late this year. Don't you?

This fight would be a toe to toe war, FOTY candidate on paper. :deal

Ha ha ha... all the usual Klitschko white-supremacist ***gits trying to claim GGG now. Well wake up boys, Golovkin isn't white. He is mixed-race and, to me, looks more Asian than white.

Check him out in this photo, looks more Asian than Manny Pacquiao:

Also, look at Golovkin's brother... The Asian features are even more pronounced in him. He looks like a straight-up Gengis Khan mongol.

What does race or color have to do with any of this?

Something's seriously wrong with some of you Brits.

It is what it is, mate. Daniel Geale avoided Gennady Golovkin. Geale dropped the belt he just won to not fight Golovkin.

True Champions dont drop belts. Ever. They defend them.
