Manny straight ****ed this fight up. Had he just told Floyd that he'll take the tests from the get-go we would've had this as a done deal. Had he kept agreeing and agreeing, it will truly show that Pac wanted this fight and Floyd is the coward that you and all other detractors make him out to be.

If Shane had no problem doing the tests and agreeing to whatever he had to agree to, then Im not sure why Pac can't either...it was quite clear that Shane wanted the fight and Floyd obliged...WITHOUT COMPLAINT!

Pacquiao is as equally to blame for ****ing this fight up. Honestly. Neither fighter budged and now WE pay the price.
