    I'll start, add names and give more information if you have it.

    The list can include people, like Margarito, whom Floyd supposedly wanted to fight at one time but whom he allegedly later decided he did not want to meet in the ring, for one reason or another

    * Antonio Margarito
    * Shane Mosley
    * Miguel Cotto
    * Paul Williams
    * Kostya Tszyu

    The public perception of Mayweather as a ducker is an extremely useful tool for any fighter negotiating a fight with him because they know that should negotiations break down no matter who the bulk of the blame actually rests with he will be labelled as the ducker.

    PBF is ok, but there is this guy Pac, hes better. I heard he beat JMM, DLH and Hatton. Now that is amazing, PBF could never do that

    Everybody who's ever fought from 130-154, apparently.

    While not all one punch knockout artists, it's noticeable that the fighters Mayweather blatantly ducks all combine good physical strength with a decent dig. I know his highly questionable chin is going to get shattered by a top quality fighter with good power.

    If Floyd beats Pacquiao & handles him easier than the general opinion, just what the fcuk will the haters, critics, etc, say then?

    They will probably come out with some bull**** how Manny is not a true welter. Try telling that bollocks to Miguel Cotto, see if he believes Manny is not a true Welter!

    not one person...he has not fought every fighter in the world because that is too many fighters...he fights for big money which is why he wants the pac fight...and why he would go up essentially two weight classes to fight ODLH as ODLH weighed 165 (147 vs pac) for money and he won...I do know this though...he fought the lineal WW champ baldo and JUDAH when they were on top and guys like shane were not accepting bouts with him....shane had to take time off and cotto in arums words was TOO GREEN....so hate away haters but floyd is still the best in the world

    Manny Pacquiao
    Winky Wright (called him out then allowed negotiations to break down at last minute)
