Will Mayweather submit to random tests for the rest of his career regardless of what his opponent wants? Anything less - including on the night of the fight if that's what the testers want - and it's confirmed that he is a drug cheat. I suspect that he is and is trying to appear clean with all of this by insisting on tests for this fight - let's face it, it looks suspiciously like he's been juicing and using PEDs for most of his career but as the authorities close in he's trying to appear clean.

If he's not ducking Pacquiao, it's the only logical conclusion for his actions. Otherwise he'd have submitted to tests for his 40 prior bouts. Floyd Mayweather appears to be a drug cheat - that is what the evidence we have OVERWHELMINGLY suggests.

There's obviously issues with guys like Margarito that may of happened twice, but on the first occassion Floyd turned down the $8 million offer and fought Baldomir for the same amount but got the WBC belt and welterweight championship for his troubles. And the second time, he was technically still retired.

I would say Margo is probably the clearest guy whom PBF did not want to fight. At least that is the general perception, and Margo hounded PBF for a long time, so it's probably true, too.

Maybe. Probably best that he didn't fight Margo in the end, he may well of been in the ring against a guy with loaded gloves that night. If he tried to use them against Mosley, I'm pretty sure he'd be using them to try and break the Floyd guard. And Roger might not of spotted what Nazeem did that night.

He will. He always takes the test required by the NSAC and he successfully passes it.

Good points. :good PBF is pretty much off the hook for Margo b/c of the loaded gloves issue, at least in the court of public opinion, anyways.

All of ya'll are wrong. Mayweather tried to fight Mosley a couple of times but Mosley turned Mayweather down not the other way. On the Paul Williams thing every fighter is ducking him not just Mayweather. Lets call out Pavlik because he is really ducking Williams hard. I can not stand people that are saying Mayweather is ducking this fight with Pac. I think Pac's team is ducking Mayweather.

Did you read my post blade? There seems legit reasons for the likes of Johnston, Tszyu, Freitas, Casa etc not happening.

To be fair aswell, who knows who was ducking who? People always assume it's Floyd trying to worm his way out of these fights and I think that's perhaps a bit unfair.

Not ducking per say. But not fighting one of the top WWs Cotto, Mosley, Clottey, MArgo. No ones asking to fight them all but if Cotto fought them all Floyd just needs to fight one! Theres no excuses. Floyd was fighting when Cotto was a not even a pro and Cotto has fought them all.

Just read it now ,you make some good points bro.

And you're right nobody knows for sure who's ducking who but i tend to give the benefit of the doubt to guys that fought each other(mosley, cotto,Margo)over a guy that didnt fought any of them.
