    I think anyone that held a belt or should have(Golata) and will be in the hall of fame (Calzaghe) is a class A fighter. Which is essentially everyone in your list.

    IMO, a B level fighter is someone who has shown the ability to easily defeat top 20 contenders but struggles with top 5 contenders and belt holders.
