    You remember Angel Vasquez. He was a late starter and had hooks like Tito at FW. He fought Victor Polo and mentally broke down. Two fights later he gets KO'ed and never fought again.

    Tua was not a B level fighter he was a top A fighter just came around at a time where the HW was loaded with talent and had one of the all time greats as champion
