I have him at #5 behind the real title holders................and that's being generous IMO.

    1. Klitschko (no doubt)
    2. Chagaev (has to fight soon or out of Top3)
    3. Maskaev (same as Chagaev)
    4. Ibragimov (better oppsition now!)
    5. Peter (back in reality after McCline. Lost his aura badly)
    6. Thompson (most underrated ATM.Ibragimov must fight him next)
    7. Byrd (still young enough to be a tough opponent)
    8. Brock (will come back. Beats Chambers IMO. Povetkin-Brock would be very interesting)
    9. Brewster (needs little time to rest and than start another try)
    10. Valuev (cannot box and wins due to his height and promoters (Sauerland, King))
    11. Gomez (underrated. Could be in the Top5. World class skills but wrong mentality)
    12. McCall (Loses vs. Gomez. In his 3rd,4th,5th spring now, but not strong enough to pull out a title)
    13. Virchis (rough dude with less skills, but big punch and good chin. Can be a threat to anybody out there)
    14. McCline (nice comeback vs. Peter.Has maybe 2 or 3 good fights left. Gatekeeper)
    15. Ruiz (with 35 cannot be written off. Will be in the WBA-mix)
    16. Rahman (Rahman)
    17. Povetkin (on his way to the Top5 after IBF-tournament)
    18. Chambers (Good speed, but sometimes overrated due to unbeaten US)
    19. Tua (With that huge punch a threat to anyone. But he has to icrease opp.-level)
    20. Arreola (makes noise in the future)
    21. Dimitrenko (Like Klitschko in his pre-stewart incarnation without punch. Likely Titleholder to-be. Good skills, but maybe to weak mentality)

What makes your Top 3 HWT List list fall apart is that any of the other Top 7 HWTs and some more can beat your 3 that easily ( which doesn't make it exciting to be honest)... Basically, I am also in a loss of words for all of them since Triple H's entrance is more thrilling than watching your 3 fight :dead

Byrd will be a good test for Povetkin, not an easy fight for either IMO. Byrd is still elusive & he has a good chin. Povetkin has those great combos with speed. I'm seriously looking forward to this matchup.

Some good lists have been given.

It shows how biased you are regarding the current HWs - nothing more. Put Wlad aside for a moment... I'll bet Ruslan, Povetkin (if he continues to progress), Valuev, Oleg, and even Iggy could have beat or given utter hell to many past HW contenders and even champions ! Yes, even from the overrated 70s :yep

So what's your real problem with the current HW scene - besides where most of the top fighters originate :-(

The "HW no good now" :| act is beyond :tired

He is desperately still trying to hang on to Sam Peter. It is pathetic , acting like Peter is on a different level the rest of HW's , his ass was all but out against Mccline. Most of the rounds were close , Peter did not look good. Supposedly what made Peter so dangerous was his power, although he didnt even faze Mccline once.
