Ok so i guess you're saying that Carlos Baldomir is the same size as Floyd Mayweather because they both fought at 147 right? :huh You're a complete moron. I dont have to prove that Dawson is faster and has better defense. Just watch his fights

Fair enough...I will say this to you, watching the fight last night and the replay this morning I realized the complexity of Joe C. knowledge of the scince, usually when you have a southpaw and an orhtodox the fight become a a race for the power position , having your feet out side of your opponents to gain leverage and Kessler did this many times, yet Joe C. is such a talent that he countered by throwing lead lefts and forcing Kessler from his advantagiousposition and backing him up...now that is boxing...that is knowledge of the science.....Kessler was not able to capitalized more often on having the toe adavantage on Joe C...Joe C. understand the little things that make you a great boxer, with Chad Dawson the battle for the pocket will also be won by Joe C...

I wouldn't favor anybody over Joe Calzaghe from 160-175. The fighter with the best chance is Chad Dawson, but I would pick Joe in a 116-112 type decision.

spot on i totally agree you.It amazes me how much folk on this forum watch a different fight to me but its the same pictures that are broadcasted.I think its because there are a lot out there that dont know what it is actually like in the ring as they never tried it.I have so I tend to see fights better and understand more than my mates who havent boxed.Calzaghe to move up beat BH maybe a couple of more fights and retire undefeated kessler to stay at SM and reign for a good while.

Australian > Plastic Paddy Wannabe :yep

Chris Eubank - former WBO MW and SMW champ
Robin Reid - former WBC SMW champ
    Omar Sheika
Richie Woodhall - former WBA SMW champ
Charles Brewer - former IBF SMW champ
Byron Mitchell - former WBA SMW champ
Jeff Lacy - IBF SMW champ
Mikkel Kessler - WBA and WBC SMW champ

Calzaghe - unified WBO and IBF SMW titles
Calzaghe - won Ring SMW champ title
Calzaghe - unified Ring, WBO, WBC and WBA SMW titles.

No I don't think Bika and Manfredo Jr were right to fight, however, given what Calzaghe has achieved, he has every right to fight voluntary defences. However, look at what Bika has gone on to do. Manfredo was to give him greater crossover exposure in the US, as many Americans were familiar with Manfredo from The Contender, but those same people weren't necessarily familiar with Calzaghe from his whipping of Lacy.

Now, who has Dawson fought? :deal

'You're a complete moron' - great comeback Plastic Paddy...how old are you?

You can't prove Dawson is faster and has better defence than Calzaghe.
