Liston knocked in sparing!

    WTF Hall knocked him down in sparring I don't give any importance to it myself. Hall remained Marciano's sparring partner until he retired.
    Liston was never knocked down by Marshall.The Ali fight has a huge asterisk next to it with any sensible fight fan.
    Liston was an old man when Martin stopped him.
    Ingo never sparred with Liston,he was offered a million dollars to fight him in the US and declined.
    WTF has any of your post to do with this thread?

    The only "knockout in sparring" story I care about is Burley over Walcott.

    Ali got his ribs broken by Al Lewis in sparring. When they actually fought, things turned out quite different, though.

    Ray Paterson was an outstanding amateur, but as a professional, he lost when he stepped up.

    I like this story, because of the family honor angle, but I think that Ray would have been roughly handled by Liston in an actual fight.

    Toxie Hall was only Marciano sparing partner for one fight!Marciano used Simmons,Bob and
    Firstly Toxie was Marciano sparing partner only for one fight later Marciano menager fired him!
    Simmons,Bob and Tomy were Marciano sparing partners from first to last fight!
    Yes,Liston was on his ass after Marshall caught him you can check fight!
    Maybe second but first fight was real!Buz even in second fight Sonny was on his ass and you can se punch landind and Sonny head moving!
    Ingo did spared with Liston and they became friends in Liston visitng Sweden and Liston did few exhibitions there and fights!
    He spared with Ray and Ingo for sure!There is even a magazine page wrote about them!
    Ingo declined offer because he want Patterson more than Liston!
    Ingo spared with Ali too!
    Liston was old man but Martin was never same after he killed a man(Sonny Banks)!
    He was not agressive as before that fight!He used to beat Sonny ass in sparings in 1963!Sonny used him for Patterson both fights!
    I just said the truth!I know that you are white hater and I know that you would want to change your collor but rememmber you were born as white man!

    If Ingo didn't spared with Liston why then he claimed that!And how Ingo knew how Listom fought and he describe Liston fighting like no one!I tell you!Because he spared with Liston!In Sweden Liston used many sparing partners!There is even a picture somewhere of them after hard work!
