P4P certainly Dempsey. Head to head maybe leaning towards Liston.

 

Patterson was an amazing fighter who went on to have a great career even past those losses to Liston, to simply call him inept seems ignorant.

I think that Dempsey accomplished more, but that Liston might have had a higher theoretical ceiling.
