    After Floyd Patterson beat George Chuvalo on points on Feb 1 1965, Ernie Terrell's management offered Patterson a shot at the WBA title, Floyd stated he was not interested, he wanted the bigger prize, champion Muhammad Ali, they fought on Nov 22 1965, Ali won, TKO 12.
