I dont mean any disrespect, but i have come across posters whose comments have included VK/Wk would beat (insert name here) because theyre too big or (insert name here) is too small.
[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KOil2UVYVj0&feature=related[/ame] Hey look... we've now both managed to prove absolutely nothing. Now, I will go back to ignoring you.... as you are honestly in my top 5 worst posters that I have ever seen on ESB.
You honestly think that Liston is stronger, hits harder, and has a better jab than Wlad? That just boggles my mind. I completely disagree on all 3 counts.
You know what the difference between this and the one I showed you is? There is no contoversy over the Sanders fight. Wlad legitimately got the **** beat outta him. Oh, that's right....you are one of the guys that says Klitschko was drugged against Brewster... What was it this time? Wlad's ass was sore from being pounded in it all night from his brother? And by the way, Ali does a paint job on Klitschko.
Wlad is one-dimensional. he's a formidable offensive talent for sure but he is comfortable at one range and one range only. Liston actually had upperbody movement and could counterpunch--something Wlad has never shown the capacity to do at the top level
Not denying it. Perhaps you should review the history of the thread's posts and see who, again, started **** before defending that flyweight twat.
Wlad is fast for a man of his size, but not fast relative to the best 180 - 240 pounders ever. Occasionally Wlad strikes with excellent speed, but occasionally Liston did too. Wlad just hops foward and back a bit when he needs to. Liston was just as nimble, and quick on his feet. They both prefer to stay set quite flat-footed though. Wlad mainly fights big slow sitting targets, Liston beat the quicker fighters and fought at a faster pace. What do you define as "talent" ? Talent is just a word used on this forum to make one fighter out to be better than another without any explanation. It's just a smokescreen term in most cases. If you have a proper measurable definition, then go ahead. I'm more interested in proven ability and results, than "talent". Perhaps you are talking about the same thing. Wlad can punch with both hands and is a good boxer. Ok, I agree with that. Absolutely. Hardly proof that he can beat a peak Liston though.
Liston's reach is overrated. Take a look at the picture below: Ali was 6'2" had 79" reach. Wlad would outpoint Liston and most likely TKO him in the later rounds. This content is protected
He's pretty pathetic, childish, and small. He needed two replies to respond to my laugh of Mongoose's quote. Was pretty hilarious, but he couldn't just ignore it. No sense of humor...
