I can't particularly give a rating. I hate lists. Yes, I typed it. A vehement hate for lists. They are the worst waste of time in this sport and on this board (most message boards suffer from this issue).

I don't mind speculating the possibility of Floyd Mayweather vs. Sugar Ray Leonard and their conflicting styles, but lists? Lists? It's easy to sum it up if you're just talking about lists. We're sitting here, and I'm supposed to be an ESB classic member, and we're talking about lists? I mean look here, we're sitting here talking about lists, not a head-to-head, NOT a head-to-head, I repeat NOT A HEAD-TO-HEAD, but we're talking about lists! Not the head-to-head where we can match styles and talk seriously about tangible things like it's my last chance to explain it all, but we're talking about lists man. How silly is that?

    Lists are ridiculous, yes.
    But head-to-heads gets ridiculous too.

Most of all I prefer learning new history. There are so many historical details out there to be discovered. Sometimes people here post some nice little article they've found. I appreciate things like that. :good

That's what I've been doing. I read loads of articles on lots of other websites. That and I've been taking advantage of my university library privileges to read about boxing in my "downtime". I'm currently trying to figure out about Gypsy Joe Harris, but the man is a mystery.

Lists are difficult, lets take the example of MW. Jones beats Hopkins easily, Hopkins would never beat that version of Jones but will always be rated above Jones because of his longevity/resume depth at the weight. Same with people rating Lamotta over Lloyd Marshall.
