    Guys, Calderon should definitely retire. SPLIT DECISION announced on IB's round by round thread. Against a 9-9-1 fighter and I guess he was possibly close to getting stopped by him too. Sad.

    I would love to see it. Yaegashi must be pretty good to KO Pornsawan...

    Damn, that's really a shame. I always liked Calderon, but that result sounds worrying. And it was in Puerto Rico, where he could rely on his style being "appreciated".


    Just watched it myself. Marquez really steamrolled him! Quite an impressive win. And the kid's just 23 and only getting better. He'll outgrow 112 pretty quickly, though, I reckon.
    And the good thing is you could imagine him in so many great fights, stylistically, I mean. Imagine him against Segura, Viloria, Miranda, Gonzalez, Pong... Or at super fly against Rojas, Cazares, etc... they all sound like possible classics. Just get one of those made!


    Yeah... He was supposed to fight his rematch with Takayama... No idea what happened there. I hate when **** like that happens.
