The left hook to the body is something I love. It is a visceral thing to me. I must have thrown 700, 000 of them into the heavybag in my younger yrs thru age 45 or so. I like the hook to the body more than the sport itself. (Btw. One terrible thing about doing this all off a phone besides the spelling is the constant barrage of adds that pop up and block my screen. Soooo aggravating). These are some of the fighters €Pintor #1 with Walker) I love to watch with their lefts.

I like the way Duran put his glove to his chin just before being introduced to his opponent, he just looked like he knew what he was doing, proactive mind.

Almost forgot Roberto Elizondo. Ward Micky not Andre or Rachel. Watch Weaver pound Coetzee's body in their great (top 5 in history for me) Heavyweight Champion Fight. Watch sean O 'Grady slowly destroy Kenty then a yr later Elizondo lay the wood on Kenty in the second round and make him quit.I believe a primetime McGuigan with his absolutely viscious body attack would wear down down. Hurt and ultimately stop Nelson in the late rds. I have no doubt.
Watch old washed up LaMotta tear up Murphy in their second fight. Then watch ancient Duran due the same to the great Argentine Castro. Watch Pintor countering Gomez Lujan and every fighter with an attack centering on the body. Hamsho kicked Benitez ass not because Benitez was done but because he dug 3 hook/uppercuts into Benitez and should have had a third rd stoppage. Give me a great chin like a Cobb and I bet you a great body puncher can stop him. Frazier was minutes away from dropping Chuvalo. George turned away from Joe and gave in after his face was crushed. This after Joe went upstairs after destroying Chuvalos inner core.
Duran-Brooks forever!!!!!!Mayweather tap tap fights neveer!!!!!!!
    I have spoken Zarathustra!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pretty much anything Joe Frazier did ... seriously. In the ring and out, he just seemed like a regular guy who loved life and having a good time. A decent man with a good heart and a relentless spirit - fun to listen to and a joy to watch fighting ... if I could have met any fighter, it would have been Joe.

Anyone remember 1980's lightweight contender Terrence Alli? He used to do the same thing.

DLH- biting and stretching jaw/chin during intros
