Lit was never a bum he just wasn't ever really a prospect that was taken seriously. The kid had talent but he didn't look like he had the goods to be a champion. but I think he looked great last saturday. I hope he continues to train like he did for this last fight. He could potentially grab a title down the road if he continues to progress.

Did he move up in weight? Cuz I never seen him so ripped before. Jason only has one problem and that was that he never kept his hands up. It seems like he is working on it and it shows. Im glad he won last saturday. I hope you gets a big pay day againist JML or Gamboa win or lose.

Litzau took some big flush shots from Caballero. Doesnt mean his chin is strong but it isnt as bad as some make it out to be. Aslong as he continues with his new style and not go back to all out brawling he should be ok to compete with the other title holders at the 130 division. That is until JuanMa and Gamboa move up in weight.

He just admitted he had a glass jaw at 126. Came right out and SAID IT on ON the Ropes tonight! While he attributes his china chin to weight draining, I'm skeptical.

Sounds like you are upgrading his chin from China @126 to just terrible @ 130.

Yeah, but something tells me it's gonna go back down the scale when he fights some better fighters.

This fight was a LOT more about how bad Cabellero is than how good Litzau is.

Why you say that? You don't consider Litzau a solid fighter in the division after that fight? Not pressing you just want to know. I was a Liztau even before this fight...while he was gettting KTFO lol. It looks to me like he turned around...I hope he did.

Yeah, a guy who dominates Steve Molitor, Somsak Sithchatchawal, Daniel Ponce de Leon and Daud Yordan must be TERRIBLE :nut

Obviously he's not so special when he doesn't have a height advantage, and he looked like crap that fight. He has a long history of looking like crap in fights he doesn't take seriously, and I'm guessing he was looking past this fight. Too bad for him.

Weight draining does have a big effect on chin. I've explained the biological reason for this numerous times before, but nobody's going to listen to it, so might as well not bother.

Nah....Lit just got with a strenght and conditioning coach and prepared himself the best he could knowing this was his opportunity to take his career to that next level. I think it was his first fight on HBO. He has shown improvment defensively as well as offensivley. I agree....I hope he gets anther shot at a big name. Wish the underdog all the best.

Ah ok. Good decision. And yes he showed alot of improvement defensively. When I saw him holding his hands up after the 4th round I was very surprised. Lets see what he has aganist the top in the division.
